They don't really want to have a standard rules system. Instead they are going to create a kind of everyone vs. everyone hack'n'slash. Every race will hate the other race and, ofcourse, fight. Conquering the new territories, gathering armies and storming the capitals. That would be a real reality which will be released this summer.
